This website belongs to 360 Inspections LLC of Fernandina Beach, Florida. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The articles, service descriptions and answers on this site are general information about homes and inspections. They are not an inspection of your property and are not engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Only a written inspection report covers a specific property.
Every inspection is governed by the written pre-inspection agreement you sign before the inspection. That agreement sets out the scope, the standards followed, the limitations and the fee. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.
Online bookings are confirmed by email. Access to the property, including utilities being on and areas such as the attic, crawlspace and electrical panel being reachable, needs to be arranged before the appointment. To change or cancel an appointment, call, text or email as early as possible.
Online booking runs on Hive Inspect, and the site links to outside websites such as InterNACHI, the Florida DBPR license lookup, Google, Facebook and YouTube. Those services are run by others, and 360 Inspections LLC is not responsible for their content or availability.
Text, photos, videos and logos on this site belong to 360 Inspections LLC or are used with permission. Credential badges belong to the organizations that issue them. Please ask before reusing any of it, apart from the realtor resources offered for download.
The website is provided as it is. As far as Florida law allows, 360 Inspections LLC is not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. This does not change your rights under a signed inspection agreement.
