Paul was on time and did a very thorough inspection. We had our 4-point inspection (needed for insurance) within 1 hour after the unit was inspected. He fixed it and when I told him I had trouble keeping it closed he took the time to send detailed instructions on how to securely close it. 360 Inspections has done two 10 point inspections required by home owners insurance when you switch companies. I am very impressed.”

Well, It is definitely worth it to have an independent inspection and save thousands of dollars and lots of hassle. My roof just needed a small vent collar repair and is in great shape. We had a second house already located and was able to get the owners to repair the few minor items pointed out by Paul. So my advise is if you are a seller have Paul and 360 inspect your home and make the required repairs. If you are buyers have Paul and 360 inspect the house before you buy. It can save you thousands of dollars.”
