Recently, 360 Inspections (Mr. Paul Drayton) performed a home inspection for me and I was very satisfied.
The inspection was very thorough, inside the unit and around the outside.
Also, Mr. Drayton was very efficient in scheduling and performing the inspection. He worked his schedule around my realtor’s schedule to do the inspection in a very timely manner.
I would definitely recommend “360 Inspections”to my friends in family that may need a home inspection.

A Realtor Report numbered all the defects & concerns found in the full report, very useful for us in navigating through the Repair Request List with Action List, and we submitted an addendum that PM.

Contacted 360 Inspections for a Home Inspection for a house we are under contract to purchase. The home has some obvious cosmetic issues, but we needed to verify the structural integrity of the home, on things like the roof, plumbing, HVAC. Paul was very accommodating while making the appointment. He showed up on time and went to work checking all of the major components of the home. He was very thorough and utilizes a very user friendly system to address items that need to be repaired, so we could communicate with our General Contractor about an estimate to repair the home. We highly recommend 360 Inspections!
I contacted Paul because my builder has an 11-month review when purchasing a new home. I needed the confidence that I didn’t miss anything that might need attention, especially anything that was major.
Paul hadn’t found anything major but the few items that he did find will be fixed at no cost to me. Items such as the A/C not running to full efficiency and not enough insulation in the attic in some areas was important to me. The A/C issue is something I would not be able to determine and not be able to see the attic issue, nor would I walk the rafters.
I liked that he had the equipment to measure the heat infiltration through the outer walls to ensure there was insulation.
I was also impressed that he walked the roof to check for potential issues. Something I would never do.
Prior to Paul leaving we discussed the issues reported and a report with pictures was emailed to me.
I have also emailed Paul additional questions and he responded providing his professional opinion.
In the long run I am very happy I had Paul come out and it puts me at ease that I won’t be wondering was something missing that should have been fixed by the builder.
As a new home buyer in Yulee, Fl Paul was referred for a home inspection of the property.
Paul's response for a timely appointment was excellent and was on site in 2 days.
The inspection was professionally executed and the report available that very day, with appropriate comments & pictures. A very complete and thorough summary.
For questions on the report, Paul was available and went through explanations to questions and concerns.

When you are going to invest in a property, you want to know that it is good value. That starts with the inspection. Paul is the best I have used. He is thorough, pleasant, timely and professional.
