• The type of inspection you need and when
• Your agent’s or lender’s contact details, if you want them to receive the report
• Messages you send through the contact form, by text or by email
• Payment details, which are handled by the payment provider and not stored on this website

3. Why We Use It

• Scheduling, confirming and carrying out your inspection
• Writing your report and sending it to you and anyone you name
• Answering your questions before and after the inspection
• Arranging related services you ask for, such as WDO reports, lab tests or engineer-signed certifications
• Keeping the records Florida expects a licensed home inspector to keep

4. Who Else Sees It

Your information is never sold. It goes only to people and companies involved in your inspection: those you ask us to send the report to, partners who complete part of the work (for example the pest control company that audits WDO reports, testing laboratories and the Professional Engineers who sign foundation certifications), and the software and payment services the business runs on, including Hive Inspect for scheduling and reports. Information may also be released when the law requires it.

5. Online Booking, the Contact Form and Texts

The booking calendar on this website is run by Hive Inspect, and the contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. Both handle what you type under their own privacy terms as well as this one. If you agree to text messages about your appointment, reply STOP at any time to end them.

6. Cookies and Site Statistics

The site uses Google’s analytics tag to count visits and see which pages are useful. It relies on cookies, which you can block or clear in your browser settings. Embedded YouTube videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain.

7. How Long We Keep It and Your Choices

Inspection records are kept for as long as they are needed for business and legal purposes. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the law allows, by emailing or calling using the details below.
