Nassau County

Nassau County is home for 360 Inspections. Paul Drayton has lived in Fernandina Beach since 2003 and has inspected homes all over the county since 2015, from the island to the farms and woods out west.

Fernandina Beach is where 360 Inspections is based. Paul lives here, knows the neighborhoods, and can usually get to a Fernandina property quickly.

Amelia Island

From beach cottages to marsh-front homes and resort condominiums, 360 Inspections inspects homes the length of Amelia Island for buyers, owners and insurers.

Yulee

Yulee has some of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Northeast Florida, and many of the homes Paul inspects here are brand new or still being built.

Callahan

In and around Callahan, Paul inspects homes on larger lots, many with their own wells and septic systems, as well as manufactured homes and new builds.

Hilliard

Hilliard sits in the northwest corner of Nassau County near the Georgia line. Paul inspects homes here for buyers, and does wind mitigation and 4-point reports for homeowners.

Jacksonville

From his base in Fernandina Beach, Paul serves Jacksonville homeowners and buyers, especially on the Northside, with home inspections and Florida insurance inspections.

Camden County, GA

Just across the St. Marys River, Camden County is part of Paul’s regular service area. He inspects homes in St. Marys and Kingsland for buyers, many of them relocating from out of state.

St. Marys, GA

St. Marys is a short drive from Fernandina Beach, and Paul inspects homes here regularly, from older houses near the historic waterfront to new builds.

Kingsland, GA

Kingsland has grown along I-95 just north of the Florida line, and Paul inspects both resale homes and brand-new construction here.
