My realtor Nelson Ortega had put me in contact with a home inspector he had used before Paul from 360 inspections. I had him come to a home that I was going to purchase for a full house inspection. Paul set the date within a couple days of my request came and did a full inspection. I got an email from him that afternoon and to my surprise it was very detailed with pictures of everything that he had found could possibly be a problem. The report he sent was very easy to read and understand. With that report he also sent a repair request form with the important issues that needed to be taken care of So that my home would be safe to live in without further issues. I was very pleased with the performance of the inspection Paul did and would recommend his service to anyone who wants to know everything That could possibly be a problem for your home before purchase.
