Bart Shiver13 August 2026I had Paul come out and do a condo inspection. Once scheduled, Paul, sent a email out confirming time and date. The email also contained a payment link which was very handy. Paul was on time and did a very thorough inspection. We had our 4-point inspection (needed for insurance) within 1 hour after the unit was inspected. He also discussed his findings prior to sending inspection information via email. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone needing a inspection in the Fernandina area. Kevin Perusini4 August 2026We just used 360 Inspections for a house we are purchasing in Fernandina Beach. Paul was very thorough in his investigation of every aspect of the condition of the house. Without his report we never would have known about all the issues the house had with plumbing and electric. A home purchase is the biggest and most important investment anyone can make. Do yourself a favor and use 360 Inspections so you know for certain all the liabilities that may come with purchasing an older home.Posted on Google

Celeste Muir28 July 2026Paul not only promptly identified an electrical problem that others missed but noticed the over for my AC filter that has a difficult to use cover was open. He fixed it and when I told him I had trouble keeping it closed he took the time to send detailed instructions on how to securely close it. 360 Inspections has done two 10 point inspections required by home owners insurance when you switch companies. Paul was able to schedule us quickly, was thorough, performed an overall home inspection, and 4 pt/wind mitigation inspections for insurance purposes. His assessments included everything he observed and he presented his findings in an objective and unemotional way while flagging the potentially significant items. His report was readily understandable, supported with clear photographs and markings, and he included an easy-to-edit document that could quickly be converted into a potential request to the sellers. He took his time to be thorough and then engaged us directly to ensure we understood his findings and he thoughtfully considered our own observations. With his inspection report we were able to request the sellers help to address a few issues but perhaps more importantly we have a roadmap to the dynamics of the home, it’s systems and the ongoing maintenance that any new homeowner needs to understand to keep the home in great shape going forward.
